“Muscles and tissues don’t work by themselves, the brain is in control. They tighten when they need to and relax when they need to. But this programming changes when the body or nervous system needs to defend itself. I repair this programming and restore normal functioning.”

Sports background
Gábor has been active in sport all his life, but started competing seriously in 2016, gradually challenging himself to greater heights. He has participated in several Spartan races, more than 100 times, and has also successfully completed short distance triathlons and military challenges. In 2019, he competed in his first ultra distance cross-country race (54 km, 3000m zinc climb, 60+ obstacles). In his age group he achieved a podium finish in the Eplény Sprint race. In the same year, he was also successful in three Spartan Ultra Trifecta weekends (2 days, 74 km, 5400 m ascent, 110+ obstacles) and he also completed the Military Survival Run at the Military Air Base in Pápai with better results every year. Since then, he has become a multiple Ultra Trifecta completer, the last one he took part in being completed by only 49 people in Central Europe. His performance has caught the attention of others, and he has been invited and sponsored as an ambassador by several brands. Building on his experience as an athlete, he began his coaching studies at the International Wellness Institute, where he later became a mentor coach.

Professional development and work

During his professional development and work studies, Gábor realised that people often do not exercise properly and that understanding the stresses and strains on the human body is more complex than is commonly thought. So he furthered his education as a sports rehabilitation trainer, where he was able to learn from excellent local professionals. She then completed her Pre-Post Natal training, so she has been working with mums and mums for years. In 2022, she was one of the first to complete her Medical Fitness Specialist training, which has enabled her to provide high quality exercise safely to people with chronic musculoskeletal and internal medicine problems. Studying with doctors and other health professionals and physiotherapists, she has acquired the necessary knowledge to manage chronic conditions such as metabolic syndrome, hypertension, cancer, thyroid disease, diabetes, COPD and post-COVID conditions. However, Gábor recognised that the methods he had previously learned were at best only temporary improvements and resulted in a reduction of symptoms, rather than a permanent treatment of the cause of the problems. Therefore, he now focuses exclusively on neurological treatment of the nervous system and tissues, which will noticeably and measurably eliminate the ongoing muscle overstrain. He is now studying, researching and applying the revolutionary procedures that he has learned.
