A NeuroReset® approach has one key difference: it does not generate theories about, where the cause might be, but uses specific neurological and functional tests to identify, what neurological dysfunction, what built-up compensations and what functional pattern is maintaining the complaint.
The treatment is therefore not based on general protocols, symptomatic logic, or purely manual techniques, but on what the body objectively confirms, again and again.

The duration of the complaint alone is not decisive. Both a recent problem and a long-standing complaint can equally be driven by neurological dysfunction.
The real question is therefore not how long the complaint has been present, but what is maintaining it. Injury, trauma or other significant neurological stress causes the body to create inhibitions — this is part of normal nervous system function, known in the form of autogenic, arthrogenic and nociceptive inhibition.
In such cases, tension, overload or pain does not necessarily appear, where the original problem developed, but where the body bears the greatest load during compensation.

A NeuroReset® does not simply start from the imaging result, but examines whether there is neurological dysfunction and built-up compensatory function behind the presenting complaint that can be treated. Behind these lie physical injuries, overloads, surgeries, scars, accidents, as well as emotional traumas can play a role in, maintaining the neurological dysfunction.
After an injury, physiotherapy and proper recovery are often crucial. However, if neurologically inhibited muscles remain as a result of the injury, treating these can significantly support recovery and improve the efficiency of rehabilitation.

This is a process, not a one-time appointment. Over the years, layers have built up on top of each other — these cannot be resolved in a single session. In most cases, multiple sessions are needed to achieve lasting change.

In a single session, we address one complaint. Please prepare for the session to last up to 75 minutes. If necessary, you will also receive personalised home exercises.
